The Abs Diet

The Diet is commonly known as nutritional diet which has been implemented to change ones life style. The abs diet is based on the concept of the 12 Power Foods. These are;

You should avoid consuming alcohol as this will make you fat. Although there are benefits in taking at least 1 to 2 glasses of alcohol a day it may also lead you in to trouble has it is addictive.
